I had added to sources.list in /etc/apt repositories entries and had
imported all their keys.

Bug description:
I had added to sources.list in /etc/apt repositories entries and had
imported all their keys.
The problem starts when I execute `apt-get update` command. I recieve
the error of NO_KEY from the repositories, even if the keys are
already imported (re-import try causes the mesage: "key not changed").
I had even tryed with installing the extra keyrings, but it didn't
helped
