Bug description:
  I've written a golang twitter scope and the only major function that
  is missing is the ability to include a photo in a tweet (a pretty
  major missing feature).

  I cannot find a go-contenthub API similar to:
  https://code.launchpad.net/go-onlineaccounts

  Do we have one or plan for one?
