I’m not seeing that on my krillin running the latest rc-proposed.
On which device/channel/image is that? Do you observe the issue with all apps open after the browser, or only some of them?

  OSK stays visible when browser is switched

  Incomplete

Bug description:
  1. Tap on the address bar and make sure the OSK appears
  2. Drag out the launcher and launch an app

  What happens:
  The OSK stays visible over the newly opened app.
