Title:
Should remember text entered into tab search bar after switching tabs
Status in webbrowser-app package in Ubuntu:
Triaged
Bug description:
1) On the desktop, open a new tab
2) Type example.com but don't press enter yet
3) Switch to another tab and then switch back to your new tab
The text you entered is now gone! But it's not so unusual that you
would be manually entering a url, but forgot how to spell it, so you
go to another tab to look at the word again. Or some similar
situation.
Ideally it could keep that text around in memory.
