  Wrong date abbreviating in Date Indicator

Status in Wingpanel Date & Time Indicator:
  New

Bug description:
  In French with local fr_CH (Switzerland), "août" (august) should not
  be abbreviating. Also, abbreviating must be ended with a dot.
