Title:
  Ubuntu 12.04. "Time in other locations" - There are two cities called
  "Nobosibirsk". One shoud be deleted.

Status in tzdata package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Ubuntu 12.04 64 bits.
  Unfortunately, I don't know the name of the package which shows Time and Date on the top menu.

  I was adding a city "Novosibirsk" in All Settings -> Time & Date ->
  "Time in other locations" and noticed that there are two of them:
  "Novosibirsk" and "novosiBIRSK". Last one should be deleted.
