  Double quotes require a lot of taps

Status in ubuntu-keyboard package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  All double quotes are there on the second symbols page, which means
  you need three taps to get to them.

  Depending on locale, this might be fine, but for example in PL we
  barely use single-quote and double quotes are used for... yes, quoting
  ;).

  It'd be nice if double quotes moved to the first symbols page. At
  least for some locales.
