  in favorites, expanding the top person in Frequently Called scrolls
  off the screen

Bug description:
  build 199
  open address book
  navigate to Favorites section
  select the first contact listed int he "Frequently Called" section

  Expected results:
  should expand and be visible

  Actual results:
  expands but is hidden underneath header
