[Bug 1506813] [NEW] xcb_use_themed_cursor.patch dropped incorrectly with Qt 5.4.2

Unlike the other XCB patch, this patch was not actually included yet in
the Qt 5.4.2 release. It should be restored.

It causes a cursor issue in webbrowser.
