Hi,
I checked this issue right now on my Aquaris 4.5 with the latest
updates. NO MORE PROBLEM - BT settings follow each other correctly on
both panels. Apparently this issue was solved by the earlier updates.

Bug description:
In ota4 if bluetooth is switched to "on" in the quick settings bar, it
still remains in "off" position in the System Settings. Then, if
bluetooth is set to "on" with the System Settings app, it's status is
switched to the opposite ("off") in the quick settings bar.
