[Bug 1490349] Re: 15:10: bluetoothd reports "Not enough handles to register service" at start
#3 seems to be correct.
I added the following lines to the end of /etc/pulse/system.pa:

After executing pulseaudio -k all went smooth, bluetooth headphone seems
to work well for now. Hope it will stay that way.

Bug description:
On 15:10 after the bluetooth service has been stopped and restarted it
is not possible to scan or connect to devices:
