  scope settings with textfield hidden under OSK

Bug description:
  steps to reproduce:

  * install "Recommendations" scope from the store
  * open scope settings
  * focus "API Key" textfield at the bottom

  => expected
  conent moved up

  => actual
  textfield hidden by OSK
