There's indeed an issue with rebooting in devel-proposed, the dialog not
always is enabled to the user and then the times i can click on restart
it doesn't seem to be able to actually restart the phone (reboot from
the shell can't either).

Given the general brokenness (i.e. i don't get any scope content) of
devel-proposed i'd say this is not ultra prioritary though

  step 1:Long press off button.

  step 2:Top on Restart option.

  Actual result:
  The mobile phone no response after top on Restart.

  Expected result:

  Mobile phone reboot normally after top on Restart.
