This issues seems to remain. The location displayed in the nearby scope
is inaccurate and seems to change based on how the device is connected
to the network.

As a sidenote: the clock app always seems to have an accurate location.

Bug description:
  The nearby scope gets the location wrong (seems to use the city
  selected in the time settings). When Refreshing the scope the data is
  intermittent. Sometimes information is displayed sometimes its blank.
