[Bug 1510388] Re: Grey buttons with white text look disabled (but they're not)
I think the common convention is:
High contrast between text colour and background = enabled
Low contrast between text colour and background = disabled
So where we use white text on a grey button, it doesn't look like a
valid button that's pushable.
