how many internal speaker or subwoofer ?

does it support 5.1/7.1 since there are four jacks at same location "ext

  Volume set to 100% in alsamixer (master, speaker & pcm). Sound CAN be
  heard, but it is very low/quiet and "muddy" sounding... Almost sounds
  like too much bass.
