[Bug 1513769] [NEW] package click 0.4.39.1+15.10.20150702-0ubuntu2 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed pre-removal script returned error exit status 1

Very annoying issue after upgrade from 15.04 to 15.10.
Can use "pip3 remove click" to remove together with "apt-get remove python3-click". But didn't figure out how to fix.
