  Camera makes shutter sound when phone is in silent mode

Status in camera-app package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  On Aquaris 4.5 r26.

  Steps to reproduce:

  1. Enable silent mode from top edge sound indicator.
  2. Take a photo.

  Expected results: no sound, or at least not a loud tuneful one.
  Actual results: a loud tuneful sound.
