[Bug 1514827] [NEW] Xorg fails to start after upgrade 15.04 -> 15.10

Ubuntu 15.10
Error reproduced with all Kernels
i tried blacklisting the intel driven, but somehow it loaded anyway.
Loading in failsafe X mode, does not help
