[Bug 1307438] Re: Scrolling up fullscreen in webbrowser-app has line artifacts on screen

Amr Ibrahim, fullscreen is known not to work in trusty, and it won’t be fixed there (it would require backporting too many changes).
It is implemented in the development release however, Utopic, to be released as Ubuntu 14.10 in October.

Title:
Scrolling up fullscreen in webbrowser-app has line artifacts on screen

Status in “webbrowser-app” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
Each time I scroll up when the webbrowser-app (Ubuntu web browser) is
full screen gives me random black lines across the screen. These
  artifacts are on fullscreen only.

If the webbrowser-app is shipping as the default webapp container,
this issue should be fixed prior to release. I'm happy to help trouble
shoot with bug reports if someone wants to have a go fixing this. I am
  on an XPS 13 Ultrabook.
