Title:
Webapps don't support selecting by dragging

Status in “webbrowser-app” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
The webbrowser-app, and therefore webapps, don't allow you to click
and drag to select text. Selecting text using keyboard (e.g. by
pressing [ctrl]+[a] or by pressing and holding [shift] and then using
  arrow keys, works as expected.

  Test case:
  1. Open a webapp (e.g. Gmail)
  2. Try select text by clicking and dragging

  Expected result:
Selected text is highlited from the point where we clicked to the point that we dragged to.

  Actual result:
  No selection occurs.
