@Arthur: I mean I don't believe there's currently anything missing from
the Qt packages regarding debugging symbols.

Looking at the trace, you'd want both qtbase5-dbg and
qtdeclarative5-dbg. Those would cover the three Qt libraries mentioned,
and not installing those packages would be more bug in the crash
assistant.

For plasmashell, probably http://ddebs.ubuntu.com/pool/universe/p
/plasma-workspace/plasma-workspace-dbgsym_5.4.2-0ubuntu2_amd64.ddeb or
something would be needed.

Bug description:
  An Akonadi resoruce is crashing every few hours. The Crash Reporting
  Assistent pops up. "Install Debug  Symbols" installed kdepim-runtime-
  dbg, but anyway the assistent insists that the debug symbols are
  missing:

  > The packages containing debug information for the following application and libraries are missing:
  > /usr/bin/akonadi_davgroupware_resource

  Version is 4:15.08.2-0ubuntu1 of all kdepim-runtime, kdepim-runtime-
  dbg and akonadi-server

  I am on Kubuntu 15.10
