[Bug 1363261] [NEW] media files pushed don't show up anywhere

found on image#213 N4

using adb push for music/video files over to /home/phablet/Music/ & /Videos/
i made sure to chown to phablet (e.g. chown phablet:phablet /home/phablet/Music/*)
and i rebooted (also restart mediascanner-2.0)

but the files would not appear in the dash or in the music app

checking the mediascanner log it said this for all the files i pushed

 New file was created: /home/phablet/Videos/sinteltrailer.mp4.^M
Extracting metadata from /home/phablet/Videos/sinteltrailer.mp4.^M
Error when adding new file: Unable to discover file /home/phablet/Videos/sinteltrailer.mp4^M
