Title:
Toggling flash requires 1 swipe + 4 taps
Status in Ubuntu UX:
New
Status in camera-app package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Bug description:
Ubuntu 15.04 r74
1. Launch the Camera app.
2. Try to turn the flash on/off.
What happens: You need one swipe, then four taps:
a. swipe up to reveal the camera controls
b. tap the flash button
c. tap the setting you want
d. tap anywhere outside the settings to return to the controls
e. tap anywhere outside the controls to return to the camera.
By this time, whatever you want to take a photo of has probably
disappeared or gotten bored.
In comparison, toggling the flash in:
* iOS Camera takes two taps
* Windows Phone Camera takes either one or two taps, depending on which setting you want.
