  Maximum zoom is reported as 1 in video mode on Krillin

Status in qtubuntu-camera package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  On a Krillin device when switching to video recording mode the maximum zoom level is reported as 1 (i.e. no zoom capability).
  This is incorrect,as the device should be able to zoom while recording video.
