Title:
  Flash light icon displays on but it is off in fact  after switch from
  front video mode to rear video mode.

  Step by step
  1.Launch rear camera, change to video mode.
  2.set Flash to on.
  3.change to front video mode,
  4.Change to rear video mode.
  Expected result:
  Flash light is on
  Actual result
  After step 4, flash icon displays on. but flash light is off in fact.
