  Settings "Clear" buttons use wrong side&color

Bug description:
  Using ota8 candidate, open the webbrowser, go to settings ->
  privacy&permissions -> Clear Browsing History/Cache

  The confirmations dialog have a layout with "Cancel" on the left and
  "Clear" on the right in green. Wouldn't it make more sense to have it
  red and on the left?

  that category
