  dialer app laggy since September OTA

Status in dialer-app package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Since the September OTA, dialer app is laggy on a bq aquaris 4.5.
  If you hit the number keys, the numbers will be displayed with delay. The delay varies, but is mostly there and substantial.
  This is even if dialer ist the only active app and the cpu is idling.
