  Expose focusOnTab on StyledItem

Status in ubuntu-ui-toolkit package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Due to a bug in QML it's impossible to set focusOnTab, but this is
  vital because in most cases keyboard tab navigation is in fact
  desirable but focus shouldn't be grabbed on tap/ click.
