Seem driver put your HP jack node 0x15 to line out but create Front
Headphone jack index=1

Try hdajacksensetest to find out which node 0x15 or 0x1a are your HP
jack

Title:
[Dell L521X, ALC3260]No sound through headphones after boot

Status in alsa-driver package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
After Ubuntu boots, randomly (say with 25% probability) the Headphone
alsamixer setting will be muted and set to 0 on my notebook. The
notebook will not play any sounds on headphones, only through the
notebook speakers when headphones are disconnected. I then have to
manually run alsamixer, unmute the Headphone setting and max it out to
  100. This started to happen after upgrade to Ubuntu 15.10 - Ubuntu
  15.04 worked fine.
