  powerd eats 100% CPU on mako

  Fix Released

Bug description:
  After charging the phone on a USB port of a PC with a cheap USB cable,
  the battery is nearly drained and powerd is taking 100% CPU time.
  dbus-daemon is at about 25%.

  Attached are strace outputs of both processes. Note that I'm currently
  also experiencing problems with init (lp:1281061), which might
  interfere with the output of dbus-daemon.
