[Bug 1219820] [NEW] [Video player] toolbar freezes between orientation

Current situation:
In landscape, with toolbar in view, when transitioning to portrait froze the toolbar. Toolbar then appears in half at the bottom of the screen. 
To unfreeze, I had to rotate the phone a few times.

Desired solution:
When switching between views, the toolbar doesn't freeze.
