Please show us the contents of /var/log/apt/term.log, /etc/lsb-release,
/etc/lxc/lxc-net.conf, /etc/default/lxc*, /usr/sbin/policy-rc.d, and the
results of 'uname -a', 'dpkg -l | grep lxc', and 'ls -l /sbin/init'.
