Title:
Delete suspend button from menu and create dialog shutdown-restart-
  suspend

Status in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Button off and standby are close and it is off press the standby mode, the system without confirmation goes to him.
I'm sure that standby mode should have a confirmation dialog, same as for off.
The best way is to remove standby from the menu and add a button to the shutdown dialog-restarting the PC, i.e. to make the dialogue shutdown-restart-standby.
