Title:
References to ipchains in man pages.

Status in NetTools:
  New
Status in net-tools package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: net-tools

The man pages for netstat and ifconfig mention ipchains. This will
confuse anyone who doesn't know ipchains is obsolete.

References to ipchains should be changed to iptables.
References to ipfwadm should be removed.
