as the driver create surround playback volume for the line out jack

it seem that the driver create incorrect headphone jack kctl

the alternative workaround is to change two output jacks to line out
instead of headphone by hdajackretask

Bug description:
  Ubuntu 15.10 after latest update headphones stopped working. When I
  ran alsamixer in the terminal, I saw they were muted. after unmuting
  them I pressed F6 and saw the soundcard id, then pressed esc and esc
  to exit alsamixer then entered  sudo alsactl store Intel  After
  rebooting they worked!
