  Slider needs keyboard support

Status in ubuntu-ui-toolkit package in Ubuntu:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  The Slider needs to support keyboard navigation via (Shift)Tab. It
  also needs to allow decreaseing/increasing of the value with
  Left/Right arrows.
