[messaging-app] word count is missing

Status in “messaging-app” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
When composing a text message, you should be able to see an SMS word count.
A SMS is 160 characters and if you go above this word count, then you will be charged for a 2nd SMS.
It is not necessary to show the count from the first character but we can show if there are 30 or 40 characters left to write, e.g. 130/160.
