  Slow scrolling and high cpu usage in app preview

Status in unity8 package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Long press on the telgram app
  Scroll through the description
  The UI freezes for a couple seconds before showing the content
  Top shows 100% cpu on unity8

  Seen on Krillin stable and MX4 proposed
