Bug description:
The sqlite3 command-line program worked perfectly under Hardy, Intrepid, Jaunty, Karmic, Lucid, Maverick and Natty.
Immediately after the upgrade to Oneiric, sqlite3 is broken:
me@box:~$ sqlite3 --version
SQLite header and source version mismatch
