This problem got solved when I changed from Japan server to main server.

  python-setuptools unmet dependency

Status in python-setuptools package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  When I try to install python-setuptools from apt-get using
  > sudo apt-get install python-setuptools
  I get python-setuptools : Depends: python-pkg-resources (= 3.3-1ubuntu1) but 3.3-1ubuntu2 is to be installed
  But I already have python-pkg-resources 3.3-1ubuntu2


  
  Error message is:
  > sudo apt-get install python-setuptools
  Reading package lists... Done
  Building dependency tree       
  Reading state information... Done
  Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
  requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
  distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
  or been moved out of Incoming.

   python-setuptools : Depends: python-pkg-resources (= 3.3-1ubuntu1) but 3.3-1ubuntu2 is to be installed

  Also
  > sudo apt-get install --upgrade python-pkg-resources
