  Support video export from content-hub

Bug description:
  the latest messaging-app will allow attaching videos to messages (use
  silo 52 to test). The following needs to be done on camera-app for
  Videos (it already does this correctly for Images)

  1) expose exporting Videos via content-hub
  2) when in picking mode for Videos, user should be able to take a new video from the camera or pick one from Photo Roll (same as we do for Images - just need the equivalent for videos)
  3) main picking UI from viewfinder should be similar to for Images, but only allow taking videos
