tzdata2011m.

  Ukraine will no longer use daylight saving time:

  This concerns the following time zones in tz database:
  Europe/Kiev
  Europe/Uzhgorod
  Europe/Zaporozhye
  Europe/Simferopol

  Ukraine is to use the time that was set on March 27, 2011 (the last
  switch to summer time).
