Bug description:
  $ sudo bin/mir_demo_server  --vt 1 --arw-file --launch-client
  bin/mir_demo_client_egltriangle

  Press Ctrl+F4
      Expect: nothing
      Actual: VT session switches to tty4

  Press Alt+F4
      Expect: client exits
      Actual: VT session switches to tty4
