Title:
  Incoming call when locked freezes the screen

Status in dialer-app package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  I called into a phone that was suspended/screen off
  Answered the call via the notification
  the dialer appeared but did not update the caller info or the connection
  I hung up from the calling side and the UI on the receiving side froze
  Power button cleared it up
