It was a design decision (Olga and Ben) to revert the order of the
actions in the header. I think the designs for the apps still need to be
updated.

  header trailingActions appear from the right to left on header

Status in ubuntu-ui-toolkit package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Action list set on header.trailingActions property appear on the page
  header aligned from the right to left, instead of left to right as
  expected.
