Bug description:
Test Case
---------
1) Install Ubuntu 14.04 LTS
2) Ensure /etc/update-manager/release-upgrades says normal
3) Try to upgrade to Vivid (15.04)
4) Observe a failure due to libdevmapper and dmsetup
With the version of the package from -proposed the upgrade will
complete successfully.
