Title:
  Fail to save contacts with duplicated phone number/email address

Status in “address-book-app” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  1) Add new contact
  2) type in values for first name and last name
  3) go to email field and add a email accounts by filling in and pressing the "+" button
  Home> home@xxxxxxx
  4) Save the contact
  5) Repeat step 1 to 4  using the same email address

  Result:
  The app shows an error dialog

  Expected:
  The contact get saved
