[Bug 1532370] Re: gschema default for DnD hover in canvas view should be false
This bug was fixed in the package ubuntu-settings - 15.10.6

* debian/ubuntu-settings.override:
- default to not open subfolder on hover, that's too easy to trigger and
confuses users (lp: #1532370)

It's what's best for most users & it seems that was the intent also upstream when they created the gsetting
