Bug description:
  The id of scopes scope should be changed to: com.canonical.scopes.scope.
  When doing that, ensure that unity8 and preview session get updated to match, so that the "Scopes" scope is still shown by default.

  Scopes API should allow arbitrary scope IDs without needing scope .so
  files to follow them (we don't want libcom.canonical.scopes.scope.so).
